An Indole-based Compound Targets Orthoflavivirus NS1

Using computational approaches, I have designed a novel indole derivative that may target orthoflavivirus non-structural NS1 protein and alleviate NS1-associated pathology. Several unpublished in vitro and in vivo findings supporting this hypothesis will be revealed soon—stay tuned!
